Who would have thought the cherry blossoms would peak so early? But we have been lucky to enjoy them with calm days and blue skies. April is upon us. It is a time for new beginnings. At the kindergarten next to International Club, the cries of anxious new toddlers are mixing with the joyful laughter of their soon to be friends.
