Life in a share house:
Sharing a living space with other adults can be a great way to enjoy a social living space. Following some simple house rules will make everyone comfortable and help build the community atmosphere.
Turn off the lights. Utilities are shared and included in the rent, but if the actually utility bills are too high, it will result in rent increases.
Clean up after yourself. Nobody likes dealing with someone else’s mess. Don’t forget to wash up and put away your dishes after using them. Same goes for the shower.
Don’t forget to take out the trash when it is your turn.
Tenants who don’t live by the house rules will be asked to leave.
One month (30 days) notice is required to leave the rental contract.
Potential Tenants will require an interview (in person or by Skype).
This house is strictly non-smoking.
Sorry, no free range pets (fish etc are welcome).
