1. What is something new you have tried this week?

These past 10-days or so I have been practicing yoga with my kids.

I used to practice yoga almost every day. I practiced intensely for 60-120 minutes. But after my kids were born, I didn’t have free time to practice for so long. I often felt frustrated because I would be interrupted during my yoga practice.

This week, I decided to change my way to practice. I include my children. They enjoy playing with me, and I can get some joy from the breath-work and movement. I designed a short cycle of poses that we can all do.

I am enjoying yoga again, and I’m happy to find a new way to play with my children.
